Title of the project: Speak Up!
Place: Poland
Fields of interest: communication competences, soft skills
To communicate with various stakeholders we need to prepare different strategies as well as develop suitable competences. For that we created a training course. At the beginning of September 2017 we will invite to Hermanów, Poland 24 youth workers, project managers, trainers, representatives of NGO’s from 8 EU countries within the frame of Erasmus Plus Programme. Its aim is to empower communication competences of the youth workers who later on will pass this to their local youth in order for them to communicate with different stakeholders, such as future employers, policy makers, colleagues, etc. With the help of tools and methods of non-formal education we will equip our participants with the needed communication competences, they will get a Youthpass certificate to recognize gained competences throughout 7-day long training. As a final result our participants will create a digital manual that will present all the knowledge that they’ll gain during this TC.
